Her lifelong love for animals, combined with an unshakable sense of purpose, led to the founding of Holly & Oli Rescue. What began as a personal mission has grown into a passion-driven organization built on empathy, commitment, and heart. For Dilan, every animal saved is a life transformed—and she’s devoted to making sure each one gets the chance they deserve.

With over four decades of life shaped by the companionship of animals, Baran brings a deep, intuitive bond to every pet he meets. Raised in a home where pets were family, his connection with animals runs deep—dogs naturally gravitate toward him, and cats seem to have officially accepted him into their mysterious ranks. Baran’s passion lies in making pets feel as loved, safe, and special as they make us feel. At the heart of his work is a simple belief: when we care for animals with compassion and respect, they return it tenfold.

Melo’s rescue journey began over six years ago with the adoption of a Golden Retriever she found abandoned in a forest—and she hasn’t stopped since. Deeply passionate about animal welfare, Melo believes that rescue work should transcend borders, embracing the unique needs and challenges of different cultures. Based in Istanbul, she oversees our adoption and fostering operations in Turkey with dedication and heart. At home, she’s a proud cat mom to a resilient, half-blind, limping kitty who now lives safely and happily by her side. For Melo, every animal is a soul worth fighting for, and she’s driven to show the world how emotionally rich, healing, and transformative life with rescued pets can be.
